ENTRIES & SYLLABUS
Entries to the 2026 Cowra Eisteddfod will open at the end of January 2026. Entries will close the 16th March 2026
The Eisteddfod is held from Wednesday 4th of May and will culminate in a grand concert on Saturday 6th June.

THERE ARE FOUR DISCIPLINESVOCAL MAY 14 TO MAY 17 (Cowra Civic Centre) SPEECH & DRAMA MAY 4 TO MAY 7 (CLUB COWRA)INSTRUMENTAL MAY 11 to 13 (Cowra Civic Centre) GROUP DANCING MAY 23 & 24 (Cowra Civic Centre)SOLO DANCE SECTIONS MAY 18 to May 22 (Junior) and May 25 to May 31 (Senior) (Cowra Civic Centre)Tickets for the GROUP DANCE Sections and the Grand Concert (17th June) are available from the Cowra Civic Centre. "cowraciviccentre.com". (Booking fee applicable)All other session tickets are only available at the door.$8 Adult, $4 School Age, Under 5s free, Competitors free. Season Tickets and Day tickets available for all sessions except Group Dancing and Grand Concert
Scholarships are available in each discipline. A scholarship is awarded on the basis of the individual performance, as well as a resume, which will indicate to the adjudicator your experience and ambitions. A scholarship resume form is available for download below.

IMPORTANT NOTEA scholarship of $3,000 is available in 2026 for residents of the COWRA SHIRE. The Bruce and Margaret Weir Scholarship is multi-discipline and will be awarded on the basis of the RESUME and performance. Each entrant in any section living or taught in the Cowra Shire will qualify for the scholarship.See the syllabus for details.A separate RESUME form is required and will be requested during the Entry process..
